FAQ

We store all pre-rolls and popsicles on dry ice, keeping them frozen solid and ready to serve.
The product can last for up to 24 hours when properly stored in the cooler with dry ice.
Your order includes:
- Pre-rolled ice cream cups or popsicles
- Cooler with dry ice
- Spoons and napkins for serving
Pre-rolls are rolled ice creams prepared in advance of your event, topped and ready to enjoy.
On Site Rolling is our most interactive option. Guests watch ice cream being freshly rolled live, making it both dessert and entertainment. It’s a photo-worthy experience your guests will love.
With two rolling stations, we can serve about 50–60 rolled ice creams per hour. For larger groups, we recommend adding extra stations.
Yes! We can provide non-dairy bases and gluten-free toppings, and popsicles are naturally dairy- and gluten-free.
We typically need about 8x10 feet per rolling station to accommodate the machine, prep table, and staff.
