On Site Rolling is our most interactive option. Guests watch ice cream being freshly rolled live, making it both dessert and entertainment. It’s a photo-worthy experience your guests will love.

With two rolling stations, we can serve about 50–60 rolled ice creams per hour. For larger groups, we recommend adding extra stations.

Yes! We can provide non-dairy bases and gluten-free toppings, and popsicles are naturally dairy- and gluten-free.

The total space we need for On-Site Rolling is between 8x10 feet and 10x10 feet, which allows room for the rolling machine, prep table, and staff to operate comfortably.
